Ms. Noisette Varlack is the founder and principal consultant of NOIVAR Consultancy. Prior to founding this innovative approach to providing services to better address labor relations matters, she has been mediating and conducting dispute resolution for nearly twelve years as a government official. As a specialized labor law consultant, she has extensive experience as a dismissal advisor for the government and as the secretary of the dismissal committee. She has assisted employers and employees with all labor issues. From setup to termination, she provided clear documents, advice, and mediation for sustainable relationships.
In addition to her specialization in labor law and extensive networks in government and unions, she is very empathetic, thorough, and welfare-focused. She always aims for a win-win outcome for employers and employees.
